Margaret Ann Hale, 85, of Charlotte, died on August 28, 2026. Born in Asheville on June 14, 1941, she taught fourth grade at Sedgefield Elementary for thirty-one years. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Thomas; her children, Ruth Hale Bennett and Daniel Hale; five grandchildren; and her sister, Elise Marsh. A funeral will be held at Myers Park United Methodist Church on Thursday, September 4, at 11 in the morning.
